Our advice for booking a hunt is to do so as soon as your schedule permits. Planning ahead gives you the best opportunity to hunt when you wish. Although hunts are structured well in advance to make the season schedule efficient, we will also do our best to work with special circumstances whenever possible. Please see below for our current whitetail hunting rates and dates.
A Word About Deposits
For the hunter, a deposit guarantees a spot on a specific hunt, on the dates and terms that he’s agreed to in advance with the outfitter. For the outfitter, it guarantees he’ll have a hunter filling that spot in those specific dates. Our booking policy requires a non-refundable deposit to reserve your hunt dates. If you are unable to make your hunt, and notify us more than 90 days before your hunt start date, we can roll your deposit and payments to another year. No payment rollovers will be allowed for cancellations received within 90 days of the hunt date. Therefore, we highly recommend that all hunters purchase travel insurance as a safeguard in the event that you cannot show up for your hunt.
Transportation, Lodging, Licenses, and Permits
The cost of your hunt includes meals and accommodations in one of our excellent lodges. The prices below do not include your hunting permit and license.
If you’re flying, we’ll be happy to pick you at the Quincy, Illinois airport for no additional charge. If flying into St. Louis, you may want to arrange a shuttle service. St. Louis is about a two hour drive from Hadley Creek Outfitters. Hunting Licenses and permits are available through the Illinois DNR. Contact us if you have questions about securing your license and permit.
