The Adams County, Pike County and Brown County area is renown for producing trophy whitetail bucks. This farm sits in that “golden triangle” area. It has produced some great whitetail bucks over the past two seasons.
Hadley Creek Outfitters has managed this farm for nearly three years, and we have hunted it for the past two seasons. The farm consists of 248 acres and is for sale at $750,000. Whitetail Hunting
We have a number of trail camera photos of bucks over 150” on this farm. Hadley Creek hunters have killed six bucks on this farm throughout the 2017 and 2018 seasons. All of our properties are managed with a 140” minimum.

These 248 acres are situated in an ideal spot. Walnut Creek runs through the entire property, creating perfect whitetail and turkey habitat. The property is surrounded by expansive tracts of timber and neighbors that practice trophy deer management.
Farm Management
Hadley Creek Outfitters began managing this farm in 2017, adding roads through the property to access new stand and food plot locations. Over the past two hunting seasons, we have strategically laid out the farm with more than 25 stand locations and extensive food plots.
The property generates CRP income. The buyer may also choose to be a part of our landowner program, leasing the property to Hadley Creek Outfitters for additional income. Or, the buyers may opt to keep the property for their own private hunting.
