We’ve had a fun start to the hunting season here in Illinois! The first week of the season proved to be very productive. Unfortunately we had a number of wounded deer and misses. However, we were still able to put some good bucks on the ground.
The second week of October brought hot weather and tough hunting conditions. But the Youth firearm hunt was a ton of fun as always! Our young hunters killed some great bucks this year. Taking a mature, free-range whitetail buck is never an easy task. So hats off to our youth hunters who made that big accomplishment this year.
Short Notice Openings
We now have a few last-minute openings for archery rut hunts this year! If you’re interested in special pricing on these short notice opportunities, please give us a call right away at 217-335-3804. We will take inquiries on a first come, first served basis so don’t wait! You could be hunting big, free-range whitetails in Illinois this year.
